Biography
He was born in Akçaabat in 1986. After graduating from Akçaabat Anatolian High School, he completed his dental education at Erzurum Atatürk University in 2009. After working for one year at his private practice in Trabzon, he completed his military service as a Second Lieutenant Dentist in Kızıltepe, Mardin. After working for three years at a private polyclinic in Ordu, he served for two years at Akkuş State Hospital and one year at Ünye State Hospital, respectively. Passing the specialization exam with distinction, he was placed in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Karadeniz Technical University (KTÜ). After five years of specialization training, he received his Specialist Diploma and graduated from Karadeniz Technical University. Following graduation, he founded the Private Kuzey Oral and Dental Health Clinic in 2021. Having attended and given presentations at many international congresses, Dr. Onur Yılmaz competently practices his profession in many surgical fields, including orthognathic surgery. Still continuing his professional career at the clinic, Specialist Dr. Onur YILMAZ is married and a father of two.
